1. General rule
Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, except as expressly set out below. We thoroughly inspect all Goods before dispatch.
2. Manufacturing defects
If Goods have a genuine manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the defect. Where the manufacturer or vendor accepts the defect claim, We will offer a replacement (where available) or a refund. Please note the collector-grade standards in clause 4.
3. Damage in transit
If Goods arrive damaged:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery; and
- You must provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video starting before the outer packaging is opened and clearly showing the damage. This is mandatory — claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.
For verified transit damage, We will offer a replacement (where sourceable) or a refund / partial refund proportionate to the damage.
4. What is not a defect (collector standard)
The following are inherent to mass-produced die-cast models and are not defects or grounds for return: minor paint imperfections, tampo/print variances, minor casting marks, and minor creases, dents, shelf-wear or manufacturing seals on blister cards and outer packaging. We will always try to ship the best available copy, but We do not guarantee "mint card / mint box" condition.
5. Sale items
Goods purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for refund, except where required by applicable law.
6. Approved returns
Where We approve a return, You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipment until the Goods reach us. Returned Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, with all contents intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days of approval (or of receiving returned Goods, where a return is required), to the original payment method.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a payment dispute — most issues are resolved faster directly. In cases of unjustified chargebacks, future service will be refused and any pending orders cancelled.
