A note from the owner. Diecast Silk Road is an independent, one-person operation — every order is personally sourced, quality-checked, packed, dispatched and supported by me. I do my best to stay on schedule, but occasionally dispatch or replies may take a little longer than stated below. If your order is affected, I'll always keep you informed. Thank you for your patience and for supporting a small business.
Carriers
We currently ship through DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees and Blue Dart. We ship within India only.
Dispatch times
- Ready stock items: dispatched within 5–7 working days of payment.
- Pre-order items: dispatched within 5–7 working days after both (a) the Goods arrive with us, and (b) Your Balance payment is received and confirmed. See our Pre-order Terms.
Delivery time
2–7 working days from dispatch, depending on Your location. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by us.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed on the product page and at checkout. Where an item is marked as eligible, shipping may be clubbed with Your other orders arriving in the same window — contact us before dispatch to combine shipments.
Tracking
A tracking number will be shared once Your Order is dispatched.
Lost in transit
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier (not delivered and tracking inactive for 15 or more days), We will offer You a replacement where stock permits, or a refund of the amount paid for the lost Goods.
